Welcome to Monaca Borough. The Borough Council, employees and residents of Monaca Borough welcome you to Monaca on the Web. Our site is designed to provide a continuing flow of information to residents and increased communication between the Borough and the public that we serve.

Monaca is a residential community with a progressive attitude. A town that is governed by ten council members and one mayor.

The Borough Council meets the first Thursday of each month for its Workshop Meetings, and it meets the second Tuesday of the month for its regular meeting. All meetings are open to the public with an opportunity at each meeting for public comment. Any change in this schedule is advertised in the local legal ads. Special meetings are also advertised.
